What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional company name and message. We do not use tracking cookies unless you accept analytics (see below).
Why we collect it
We process your data to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project. Legal basis: legitimate interest (B2B communication) or your consent when submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless a business relationship continues. You can request deletion at any time.
Third parties
Form submissions are delivered via Resend (email delivery). Analytics, if enabled, may use Google Analytics with anonymised IP. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object. Contact office@cyberden.tech to exercise these rights.
